When I started paying more attention to skincare, I realized the cleanser step really sets the tone for everything else. If it feels too harsh or too weak, the rest of the routine just doesn’t sit right.
Lately, I’ve been rotating between two face cleansers that feel quite different, depending on what my skin needs that day.

1. Creme and Tonic Rice and Algae Blend Face Cleanser

This one gives a fresh, slightly “natural” feel when I use it. The texture is light and easy to spread, and it doesn’t take much effort to rinse off. I like how it leaves the skin feeling clean without that tight or uncomfortable feeling afterward. It feels more like a gentle reset, especially when my skin is not too oily or stressed. There’s a calm, simple vibe to it that makes it easy to reach for on regular days.

2. Skindoze Face Cleanser

This cleanser feels a bit more active when compared to the first one. When I massage it in, it feels like it’s working a little deeper, especially after being outside for a long day. After washing it off, my skin feels smoother and more refreshed, like extra dirt and oil have been lifted away. It’s the one I tend to use when my skin feels heavy or congested.
Over time, I learned that a cleanser doesn’t need to do everything—it just needs to suit the moment. These two both play their part, and using them depending on my day makes my routine feel more natural and less forced.
